Achieving great things together - this refers not only to our commitment to the Peruvian rainforest, but also to the many initiatives of our employees who also take responsibility. The apo Christmas Charity is one of the annual fixtures in our social commitment: every year before Christmas, we invite our employees to propose a predetermined number of worthy projects from the social sector, which are supported with a guaranteed payment from a specially allocated budget.
In addition, our employees select the three best projects from all those submitted. These then receive additional funding of 5,000, 3,000 and 2,000 euros respectively. Whether for children with cancer or heart disease or pensioners at risk of poverty, for the protection of women or the work integration of young people - in recent years, we have already been able to help many associations and people and build a piece of the future with them.
