What does a day at work look like for you?

A typical working day for me looks something like this: I coordinate on current projects, deal with organizational development or team building and take part in meetings and discussions. Strategic analysis also takes up a large part of my working time. Of course, no two days are the same and that's a good thing. What motivates me most in my job is the team spirit. There is a great team spirit at apoprojekt and you can always rely on each other. As Head of Tenant Fit-out, I have a lot of responsibility and have the opportunity and freedom to help shape the company. This drives me every day to perform and really put my foot down.
