What does a day at work look like for you?

 

In my role as a project manager in the TGA division, I am responsible for several projects in different phases. My main tasks include technical project analysis and coordination across all trades in order to gather the information relevant to my area of responsibility and thus lay the foundations for a successful project. Holding on-site appointments for as-built surveys - "basic determination" - and deriving and monitoring costs is a very varied task. I also create presentations for our customers and am in close contact with specialist planners and subcontractors to ensure that the technical handover to the project team/construction team runs smoothly. Our tasks and activities in the TGA sector are becoming increasingly demanding and complex. Especially in the "major projects" sector, I am constantly discovering new opportunities for further development and improvement, as well as subject areas in which I can specialize even more deeply. Furthermore, large-scale projects with a trained TGA focus require more intensive support far beyond the pre-sale area (after-sale).

My job allows me to optimize processes, make projects more effective and thus support my colleagues in their work. That motivates me every day.
