What does a day at work look like for you?

"As a process and quality manager, no two days are the same. That's what makes the job so exciting and varied. On many days, I model processes, either alone or in teams. On other days, I moderate larger workshops or organize internal process training courses. Whether in the head office, on the construction site or in the office - as a process and quality manager, I'm everywhere, in contact with everyone and confronted with a wide variety of challenges. Sometimes it's a workshop for a major project, sometimes it's a demanding process that needs to be modeled and transferred to operations. Through my job, I can optimize processes, make projects more effective and thus support my colleagues in their work. That motivates me every day."
