What does a day at work look like for you?

As head of tenant fit-out, I run my own small company within the company in a way. I'm responsible for all processes, from the first project inquiry from the customer to handing over the keys to the tenant. This is very exciting for me because I am no longer responsible for just one specialist area. I am currently heavily involved in the pre-sales area, which has meant that the last few months have been characterized by many new learnings. My current day-to-day work is very varied. I conduct staff appraisals, meet with customers, carry out inventories and work closely with costing and planning. Escalation issues on the construction site are also part of this from time to time. The biggest challenge for me is keeping all the balls in the air and not losing track of up to 50 parallel projects or project inquiries. But that's exactly what makes my job so exciting and varied.
